Illinois Council of Safety is a motorcycle school located in West Chicago, Illinois. Our motorcycle course emphasizes safety education to novice motorcycle riders in the Chicago area. We provide exciting, student-centered, motorcycle classes for both beginner and experienced riders approved by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation on several models of training motorcycles.
Our West Chicago site offers comfortable, on-campus, air-conditioned classrooms for motorcycle training. While you'll learn in our 'state of technology' classroom our primary focus is teaching novice motorcycle riders "How to ride / drive a motorcycle". Endorsed by the national Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF), and approved by the Illinois Secretary of State we offer the best motorcycle curriculum in Chicago, Illinois. Our staff includes: highly trained, nationally certified, experts in the field of motorcycle training.
Upon successful completion of your motorcycle course you will receive a certificate and completion card from the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. Your certificate will empower you to receive discounts from various motorcycle insurance companies, and it also enables you to receive parts and accessory discounts at many different motorcycle dealerships. Lastly, upon successful completion of your motorcycle training course, you will have the opportunity to test for your motorcycle license endorsement. Your test date is designated by the Illinois Secretary of State and is given by an Illinois Secretary of State official, at our site, and on the motorcycle that you trained. The state test is free. No additional charge.
Registration and enrollment is available on-line for the motorcycle beginner basic rider course, the experienced rider course, and coming soon...the Scooter rider course. Also offered at our motorcycle school are various small group workshops. These workshops are ideal for motorcycle clubs and motorcycle organizations.
Other training applications are: first-aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), motorcycle crash scene management, workplace right to know laws, industrial operations (equipment), hazardous material training and various O.S.H.A. regulated training.
